There are many reasons which make it important for you to choose a custom embroidery garment. If you are affiliated to a group, a team or if you work in a corporate office, then the custom made logo or design on your shirt or clothing will represent your organization quite effectively. It adds a touch of class and elegance in your clothing, not to mention the amount of mileage and advertising a custom embroidered outfit can fetch! In these days of competition, most companies belonging to the same industry want to get noticed more frequently than their competitors, and one of the best ways of doing so is by promoting custom embroidery garments like shirts, caps, T-shirts etc. Also due to advances in technology for the last few years, the cost of embroidery has gone down, which makes it quite economical for people and companies to go for custom embroidery.
The revolution in the world of custom embroidery has been pioneered with the concept of "embroidery digitizing." Digitizing simply means drawing a particular picture on the paper and scanning it into a computer. The computerized embroidery machines are however, not able to understand your logo which you save in a file or graphics format. People who deal in custom embroidery digitizing use relevant embroidery digitizing software to turn the logo or design into a digital file that includes instructions for embroidery machines. The digital file is stored like any other computer file but it is named as an embroidery file, a stitch file or an embroidery program. The embroidery file is then loaded to an embroidery machine, where it embroiders the logo with astounding speed and precision. Embroidery files are saved in popular formats like DSB (Barudan), DSZ (ZSK), EXP (Melco).and DST (Tajima). The last one DST by Tajima is the most famous one because it is the universal embroidery file format that can be read and interpreted by almost all embroidery machines. |
